Workstudent (f/m/d) Medical Education & Marketing Team 

(home based /limited) 

Areas of Responsibility: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain our internal Medical Education (MedEd) Hub on a 
• SharePoint basis. 
• Ensure the success of the collaboration community and make sure the knowledge and information are available to the entire EMEA MedEd/Marketing & Sales Teams. 
• Digitization and automation of administrative processes around the MedEd Hub 
• Prepare training lectures on efficient SharePoint collaboration and support the presentation of 
• these lectures 
• Analyse existing working methods and research new SharePoint product features to bring this knowledge with actions into our adoption strategy 

Experience and Personal qualities 

• Student the field of economics, (business) informatics, communication sciences or comparable courses of study 
• Profound MS 365 knowledge, primarily SharePoint and how to develop collaborative SharePoint sites (+ Teams, OneDrive & Co.) 
• Fluent German and English for working in an international environment 
• Flexibility as well as communication skills on all levels 
• Independent, motivated, communicative, flexible, and reliable 
• Curiosity, enjoyment of challenges and working as part of an international team 
• Interest in medicine (cardiology) would be helpful but not essential
